Return Policy

For Carbon Case and Carbon Lifestyle Products Return and Exchanges for Non-Flawed Products:

  1. Product must be unopened in its original packaging.
  2. Product must be purchased within the past 15 days from date of product received before making the request to be eligible for returns.
  3. RMA number is required for all return products, which will be provided by a monCarbone representative. Any returned item without RMA will be refused by monCarbone.
  4. Total amount refunded will not include the original shipping charge and return ship-back fee.
  5. Returned product must be inspected by monCarbone prior to approving and processing the refund.
  6. Refunds will only be credited back to its original credit card via original payment gateway used for purchase.
  7. Return ship-back fee to monCarbone will not be refunded for exchanges or returns from buyer’s remorse.
  8. A restocking fee of USD20.00 will be charged on all returns and exchanges from buyer’s remorse.

Shipping Policy

  1. Import Duty Tax may be charged to randomly selected packages by Local Customs Officers.
  2. monCarbone is not responsible nor can we control Duty Taxes charged.
  3. Please be aware that if Duty Tax does occurs you understand and accept the charges.
  4. If you do not accept the charges and the package is returned to us we will refund but any expenses that incur during return will be deducted from your purchase cost and refund.

Exchanges for Flawed Products:

  1. Product must be purchased within the past 15 days from date of product received before making the request to be eligible for exchanges.
  2. RMA number is required for all return products, which will be provided by a monCarbone representative. Any returned item without RMA number will be refused by monCarbone.
  3. A maximum return shipping allowance of USD5.00 will be refunded for sending back the flawed product. Return shipping cost in excess of USD5.00 will not be refunded.
  4. Upon receipt of the proof of delivery on the flawed product, monCarbone will send the replacement product.
  5. The maximum return shipping allowance of USD5.00 will be refunded to its original credit card via original payment gateway used for purchase.

For Carbon SOFT Luggage Collection Return and Exchanges for Non-Flawed Products:

  1. Product must be unopened in its original packaging.
  2. Product must be purchased within the past 15 days before making the request to be eligible for returns.
  3. RMA number is required for all return products, which will be provided by a monCarbone representative. Any returned item without RMA will be refused by monCarbone.
  4. Total amount refunded will not include the original shipping charge and return ship-back fee.
  5. Returned product must be inspected by monCarbone prior to approving and processing the refund.
  6. Refunds will only be credited back to its original credit card via original payment gateway used for purchase.

  8. A USD100.00 restocking fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges from buyer’s remorse.

Warranty

monCarbone has dedicated itself to design carbon fiber material products with designing talents from different fields of expertise around the world. We have designed and enforced extensive quality assurance procedures from the initial designing stages through to the final manufacturing process.

For Carbon Case and Carbon Lifestyle Products: monCarbone offers limited lifetime warranty to our Apple accessory products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). This limited lifetime warranty covers our product only under normal usage, which does not include damages resulting from abuse, misuse or accidents, nor include minor cosmetic damages such as surface scratches against foreign objects.
For Carbon Luggage Collections: monCarbone offers limited warranty to our Carbon SOFT Luggage Collection products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). This one-year warranty covers our product only under normal usage, which does not include damages resulting from abuse or misuse; nor, for example, does the monCarbone warranty cover cosmetic wear or cleaning that does not affect functionality. All consequential or incidental damages are specifically disclaimed and will not be covered. For example, this means that damage to contents, loss of use and/or loss of time, are examples of consequential or incidental damages that would not be covered by monCarbone’s One-Year Full Warranty. Damages caused by the airlines and other common carriers are also specifically disclaimed.


The Carbon Luggage Collections’ One-Year Full Warranty gives you specific legal rights. To register your monCarbone One-Year Warranty, please email us at order@moncarbone.com and provide the following information: full name, order transaction number (if purchased online) or proof of purchase, date of purchase, name of product, and country of residence.

Should a defect arise, please file your claim by contacting our Warranty Process Center at order@moncarbone.com. A customer service representative will reply with a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and instructions on returning the defective product for evaluation within two (2) weeks of processing time.

If a valid claim is received by us within the Warranty Period for the respective product type, monCarbone warranties the repaired product and/or replacement of the part or product provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship for the remainder of the warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. Should we determine that the product is beyond repair, the product will be replaced. Please note that any product returned without a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number will be refused to sender at the sender’s own expense.
